9. Returns & Refund Policy

EOK Trading complies with Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Returns are accepted only under the conditions below.

9.1 Faulty or Incorrect Items

We will replace or refund faulty/incorrect items. Customers must contact us within 7 days with evidence.

• Order number
• Photo/video evidence
• Description of the issue

9.2 Change-of-Mind Returns

Accepted only at our discretion, and only if:

• Product is unopened and unused
• Packaging is intact and resellable
• Requested within 7 days
• Customer pays all shipping

If returned in non-resellable condition, refund will not be issued.

9.3 Non-Returnable Items

• Beauty / skincare products
• Food items and edible goods
• Opened or used items

9.4 Wholesale / B2B Orders

Wholesale orders are final. No returns or refunds except for defects notified within 48 hours of receiving goods.

9.5 Refund Processing

Eligible refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after inspection.

9.6 Shipping Responsibility

• If item is faulty → EOK covers shipping
• Change-of-mind / customer error → customer covers shipping
